Issue for the intallation of iofogctl v1.3.0 on Raspberry pi

(Serge Radinovich) #21

The SSH port defaulting to 22 is a bug on our part. Thanks for reporting, we will fix immediately.

Does the agent-pi’s status ever come back to RUNNING? Also are there any deployment commands you ran after deploying agent-pi and before the status went to UNKNOWN?

Hi @SergeRadinovich,

I just deploy the agent-pi to my RPI yesterday afternoon and didn’t deploy any app or mirceservoce on it or do any other operation on it. And when i check it this moring, its status went to UNKNOWN

Could you please manually SSH into the RPI and run sudo iofog-agent status and give me the output?

If you would like to fix the issue, you can simply run iofogctl deploy -f agent.yaml again.

Could you also please manually SSH into the RPI and run sudo iofog-agent info and give us the output?

Ps: also, if you can use Slack, you can join the ioFog Slack channel and chat with the team in real time. You can find the channel here.
